Savoury semi liquid gravy dish prepared by using beaten raw eggs which are mixed nicely with  grated cheese and shredded green bell papper.

 

SURATI GOTALO

 

As the name suggests, the origin of this dish is Surat, a city in India. Shredded boiled eggs are mixed in a tomato based gravy Then tossed with Chef's exquisite masalas (Spices) and then when you mix them with sunny side up eggs a new taste kicks in.

 

EGG BHURJI

 

It is the most common dish all over India, it is found on highway rest stops and street food stall all across India, served alongside slices of white bread. simply explained as Indian style scrambled Eggs.

 

SAMOSA CHAAT

 

Even most Indian food rookies are familiar with samosas. The deep-fried, filled pastries are chopped and then arranged as the base to this classic Indian chaat dish. Topped with yogurt, assorted chutneys and sev, this chaat, it’s almost impossible to not love this chaat.

Panner Masala a type of the famous Bombay grilled cheese sandwich that is made of 3 slices of bread, which forms 2 layers, the specialty is generous use of spices and chutney on each layer of the sandwich, this one here is made with marinated paneer, cheese and veggies.
